Box+Dice is a free App for real estate agents and consumers to connect and collaborate with each other without the need to use a web portal to find listings. Agents can add potential buyers directly in to the App at any time, such as at an open for inspection. Likewise, consumers can add themselves to an agent’s listings contact list.

Consumers can like and dislike various attributes of properties enabling Box+Dice to better matching listings based on a consumers customised profile.

Agents and consumers can chat directly through the App and save these conversation threads for future reference. Consumers may also maintain a real estate timeline so that they can trace their steps.
